This innovative optional control system allows you to quickly adjust Grand Cherokee's traction capabilities based on the terrain. Selec-Terrain settings:
- Auto – Basic mode for everyday driving conditions
- Snow – Tuned to minimize over-steer and maximize traction
- Sport – Performance-based tuning for rear-wheel drive feel, reducing traction control
- Sand/Mud – Maximizes traction and provides additional wheel slip
- Rock – Available in 4 Low, activates hill descent
